Susan Catron

Susan Catron, age 50, peacefully passed away in May 2026. She was surrounded by her loving family.

Susan was born to George and Shirley Catron and was their youngest daughter.

Growing up as the fifth out of six children, she was a very independent and rambunctious individual. You could not keep her from being outside either playing with her friends and siblings , helping family out in the garden, or going on many camping trips.

As Susan grew up her attention turned towards music. She played xylophone and piano in high school. As part of the marching band Susan had joined her school mates in St. Louis for a national competition. She continued to love playing & listening to music and going to many concerts up until her death.

Susan was always an animal lover with her beloved dogs nibbler, and bisket (passed).

She worked for years at Herff Jones and Russell Stovers.

She survived by George & Shirley (parents), Steve, Sherri , Dan, Jon, and Mike Catron (siblings), Brian Wiliams (brother in-law), Diana Catron (sister in-law), Sandy (sister in-law), Sara Frederick (sister in-law), Godmother Ilsa Keller, 2 Nieces, 3 Nephews, 1 great Nephew, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and her dog Nibbler.

There are no amount of words that can express how special Susan was to us. We hope she knows how much she was loved!
