Philip Glasgow

Philip Bradford Glasgow, age 72, of Lawrence, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.

Phil was born on December 10, 1953, in Anderson County, Kansas, to Francis "Buck" and Keitha Glasgow. He graduated from Crest High School in 1971 and later attended the University of Kansas. Phil made his home in Lawrence for many years, where he worked in facilities and environmental services at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

Phil was a lifelong learner and an avid reader who enjoyed music of all kinds. He also had a talent for working with his hands and found enjoyment in creating custom walking canes and restoring antique fans and sewing machines. In his later years, Phil faced the challenges of multiple sclerosis with perseverance and spent his final year residing at a care facility in Edwardsville, Kansas.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Lone Elm Cemetery in Lone Elm, Kansas. Condolences for the family can be left at www.feuerbornfuneral.com.
