Morris Wayne Dible

Morris Wayne Dible, formerly of Iola, Kansas, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2024, at his residence in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was 79 years old.

Morris was born on September 4, 1944, to Wayne and Wilma (Stephens) Dible. He married Karen S. Zornes in June 1977, and their union was blessed with three daughters.

Morris had a passion for hunting. He especially loved hunting elk and turkey, and created many memories in the great outdoors. Morris worked in construction and was well known for his talent in dirt construction.

Beyond his professional accomplishments and adventurous spirit, Morris treasured his role as a husband and father. He lived a life filled with adventure, hard work, and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. His legacy will be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Morris was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Karen; and his brother Bill. He is survived by his daughters, Lesa Heinrich, Susie (Brandon) Valentine and Rosie (Brian) Abel; grandchildren, Tyler and Brett Heinrich, Ashley and Kourtney Valentine, and Logan and Ashton Abel; and many other family and friends.

A memorial service for Morris will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024, in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas. Inurnment will follow in Highland Cemetery, Iola, Kansas.
