Johannah Irene Harmon

Johannah Irene Harmon, age 78, of Iola, Kansas, passed away August 12, 2026, at the Allen County Regional Hospital, Iola, Kansas. Jo was born March 17, 1948, in Iola, Kansas, to Beverly (Wells) Ewing.

Jo graduated in 1966 from Iola High School. She worked in data processing for truck parts.

Jo loved going to the state fairs, traveling with her mom to Branson, and car racing. She and Mark enjoyed traveling.

Jo was preceded in death by her mother; and brother, John F. Trembly.

Jo is survived by her significant other, Mark McMahan; sister-in-law, Renee Brosseau-Trembly; son, Jeff Stanford; and numerous other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be Wednesday, August 19, 2026, 10:30 a.m., in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, Iola, Kansas.

Memorials are suggested Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
