Elaine Maxine Redfern

Elaine Maxine Redfern, age 74, of Iola, Kansas, passed away September 25, 2026, at St. Luke's Hospice House, Kansas City, Missouri. Elaine was born June 22, 1952, in Yates Center, Kansas, to John Webber and Velma (Clugston) Webber.

Elaine and David Redfern were married September 14, 1974, in Burlington, Kansas.

Elaine worked Thompson Poultry Plant, IMP Boats, Midland Brake, secretary for First Christian Church, Herff-Jones, Walmart, Taco Bell, and a driver for Spark.

Elaine enjoyed crocheting, playing the piano, traveling, and watching Angela play sports. She liked eating at China Palace and Dairy Queen, even though she was known as a really good cook.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; son, Derek Redfern; and brother, Steven Webber.

Elaine is survived by her husband, David Redfern, of the home; daughters, Angela Redfern, Kandra Redfern; grandchildren, Heaven Wagner, Isaac McCullough, Kandrella McCullough; great-grandchild, Noah McNally; sister, Eileen Franklin; brother, Dennis (Marina) Webber; and grand dog, Joannie Redfern.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas.
