Dwight Eugene Grogan, age 70, of Colony, Kansas, passed away August 4, 2026, at his residence. Dwight was born September 5, 1955, in Iola, Kansas, to Carl K. Grogan and Pauline (Madison) Grogan.

Dwight graduated in 1973 from Iola High School. Dwight enlisted in the United States Army and served his country for 20 years.

Dwight and Linda Marsolek were married January 1, 1994, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Dwight enjoyed spending time with family, traveling, and watching Nascar. Dwight enjoyed working on things like home improvement projects.

Dwight was preceded in death by his parents; and four sisters, Janice, Kay, Betty, Joanne.

Dwight is survived by his wife, Linda, of the home; children, Chastity (James) Crosby, Crystal (Mike) Underbakke; grandchildren, Jasmine Johnson, Samantha (Nicholas) Wilks, Jada Johnson, Christina Johnson, Gage Underbakke, Jourdyn Crosby, James Crosby, IV; great-grandchildren, Kodi Johnson, Jayce Thorpe, Kaydin Johnson, Ryian Johnson, Kayci Johnson, Reese Wilks, Rylie Wilks; and sister, Barbara Wilson.

A memorial service with military honors will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas. A private family inurnment will be later in Highland Cemetery, Iola, Kansas.
