Debra Ann Johnston, age 58, of Iola, Kansas, passed away February 9, 2024, at her residence. Debra was born June 16, 1965, in Wichita, Kansas, to William Barnes and Kathryn (Peterson) Barnes.
Debra attended school in Cheney, Kansas. She and Scott Pollock have been together for twenty-two years. Debra worked for the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center (KLETC) in Hutchinson, Kansas, before retiring ten years ago.
Debra enjoyed Elvis Presley music and movies. She liked to watch television. Debra loved to talk to her grandkids.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Billy Barnes.
Debra is survived by Scott Pollock of the home; sister, Diana (Samuel) Reyes; brother, Jimmy Barnes; children, Erica (Patrick) Kolowitz, Aaron Chamberlain; and six grandchildren.
A visitation for Debra will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024, in The Venue at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas.
Memorials are suggested to the Allen County Animal Rescue Facility (ACARF), and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
