David R. Connolly

David Ray Connolly, age 45, passed away at his home in Iola, Kansas on August 3, 2024.

David was born on September 19, 1978, in Fort Scott, Kansas, to George Connolly and Vicky (Jones) Page. When David was young, he moved to Iola where he received an education and graduated from Iola High School.

David was friendly and loved being around his family and friends. He enjoyed listening to music, and recently got baptized. David lived a simple life and liked to take walks around town.

David was preceded in death by both parents; and step-father, Don Page.

David is survived by sisters, Tammy Connolly (Robert Burton) and Mandy (Ernest) Harbold; brothers, Justin Connolly, David Junior Hilleland, Joseph Hilleland; sons, Dallas Uitts, Issac Boyd, Josh Brown, and Joseph Miller; nieces, Alisha Trainor and Ashley Trainor; nephews, Michael G. Trainor (III) and Alexander Trainor; and many cherished friends.

The family will be planning a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
