Regina Wright, age 59, passed away August 5, 2021, at her home in Neosho Falls, Kansas.

Regina was born September 7, 1961, to Kenneth and Geraldine (Michael) Wright in Iola, Kansas. She graduated from Iola High School before earning her Bachelor Degree at Pittsburg State University. Regina dedicated her whole career to working for the State of Kansas as a social worker for the Department of Children and Family until retiring in 2018.

Regina is preceded in death by her father, Kenneth E. Wright.

Regina is survived by her mother, Geraldine Wright of Gas, Kansas; children, Kristi Tidd and husband, Darin, of Neosho Falls, Kansas, Travis Leftwich and wife, Jackie, of Fredonia, Kansas, Joseph Leftwich of Chanute, Kansas, and Jason Morris of Wichita, Kansas; sister, Carol Johnson and husband, Doug, of LaHarpe, Kansas; brother, Kenneth P. Wright of Iola, Kansas; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous other family members and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service in Iola, Kansas.

Memorials in honor of Regina are suggested to Humanity House and may be left with the funeral home or mailed to 1883 U.S. Highway 54, Iola, Kansas, 66749. Condolences for the family may be left online at www.feuerbornfuneral.com .
