David M. Tetreault

David M. Tetreault, age 73, passed away Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Allen County Regional Hospital.

David was born November 29, 1946, to Andrew and June (Reister) Tetreault in Concord, New Hampshire. After graduating from high school in 1964, he entered into the United States Navy where he was active for 23 years and then spent 10 years inactive. After his career in the Navy, he spent his time serving as a store manager for multiple locations before officially retiring in 2008.

David was an active part of the Colony Lions Club. He was a very avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Family was very important to David.

David is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Andrew Tetreault Jr.; and son, David Tetreault Jr.

David is survived by wife, Marcelina Tetreault; two daughters, Michelle Webb and husband, Kenneth, and Melissa Phillips and husband, Greg; two step-sons, Romar Stanford and significant other, Kimberly LeGrande, and Romel Stanford; seven grandchildren, Jason Miller, Knysa White, Kaitlyn Mangum, David Mangum III, Samira Stanford, Gavin Stanford, and Carmen LeGrande; sister, Brenda Johnson and husband, Jim; and brother Don Tetreault.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, Iola, Kansas. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 1883 US Highway 54, Iola, Kansas.

Memorials are suggested to the Colony Lions Club, and may be left with Feuerborn Family Funeral Service.
