Daniel Anthony Sassone

Daniel Anthony Sassone II, age 73, of Moran, Kansas, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2018, at his home.   He was born July 22, 1945 in Rochester, New York, the son of Daniel Anthony Sassone II and June (Smith) Sassone.  Dan joined the United States Air Force and served in Vietnam as a Crew Chief.  Dan was an over the road truck driver for many years, traveling throughout the United States.  He enjoyed life.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and June Sassone; and one brother, Joseph Sassone. Dan is survived by his wife, Patricia Cunningham, of the home; daughter, Tani Langton and husband Jim of Moran, Kansas; two grandchildren, Adam Parry, Hank Parry and wife Katherine; three great grandchildren, Nathan Parry, Cole Parry, and Sutton Barry; one brother, Randy Sassone of Worcester, Massachusetts.
