Charles Emerick Staley, age 49, of Iola, Kansas, passed away on August 27, 2020, at St. Luke’s Plaza Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.
He was born September 27, 1970, in Frisco, Colorado to Frances Lee Sailor.
Charlie was married to Justine Kerr on January 1, 2001, and remained close to her son Jeremy. Charlie was especially looking forward to taking part in Jeremy’s wedding later this month. Charlie was a fun uncle and loved spending time with kids.
Charlie Worked for Russell Stover in Iola, Kansas for the last five years. Enjoyed fishing, bike riding, video games, and spending time with his step-son, Jeremy.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Fulton, stepfather, Harvey Fulton and siblings, Carmen Henderson, and Thor Staley.
Charles is survived by step-son, Jeremy Neal and his fiancée Makenze Murry; brothers and sisters, Lisa Hahn and husband Phil, Jack Henderson, Janice Symons and husband Johnie, Laurie Swiler and husband Bob, Tracy Henderson, Danial Boone and Becky, Martha Moser and husband Bret, and John Hood; and many nieces and nephews.
